Paco Polland 2000 Born '65 in Venlo, Holland. Finished high school in '82. Joined the army almost immediately as a demolitions expert. After finishing his tour in '84 he went on and off jobs. Spent 2 years travelling to Turkey, where he spend a lot off time in his girlfriends home in Beyolu Istanbul where he visited Istanbul's most famous cafe Hayal frequently. After this period, he returned to Holland to work as a chef in an Italian restaurant. After a couple off years he got the opportunity to work  for a Dutch/German firm, as general manager for a project in Poland. He spent some time working over there, which left him a lot off good friends. This job took him all over Europe, for example, England, Switzerland, Italy and Germany. He loved the travelling and especially interacting with other people and there cultures. However he spent the most time off this assignment in Poland itself were he grew fond off the people and their culture. Every year he travels up to 5 times to Poland to visit his precious friends. After the firm finished its  assignment in Poland he returned ones again to his city off birth in Holland where he enjoys the company off his family and friends, especially the company off his mother and dog. He resumed his work as a chef in the same restaurant. He remains single and lives together with his dog Baer. His biggest hobby's are, his car, Reading (favourite book, Sun Tzu's Art of War) building WebPages like the project with S.V. de Flint and Leonardo Productions, and going out for diner with his friends [especially Italian cuisine] and of course his dog Baerke. Ones he returned to his beloved Istanbul to visit this city of overwhelming beauty for a couple of days. Of course he met again with his former mother in law which gave him great joy. He visited a number of bars and restaurants in the Beyolu area which is full of nice little bars with each has his own character. He stayed in Sultanamet where the Aya Sofia is located and the Bisantin, an old underground basin with drinking water from the Ottomanian era which is a wonder of its own . There are palaces and mosques  which are so beautiful  that even a picture wouldn't do them justice. Old cemeteries from the sultans that lived there, bathhouses and so much more. The food, if you go to a traditional restaurants the food is state of the art and cheap. You visit the other parts of Istanbul by taking the bus which drives you all over the city for few cent. There is to much to write about and it would take a lot of pages just describing the beauty of this city an his occupants. Just trust us and visit this city even if it is just ones in your life. But I assure you that ones you visited you will want to return there again.
